1. Overview

This Shipping & Delivery Policy forms part of our Terms and Conditions. By placing an order with Sparemach Ltd, you agree to the terms set out below.

We aim to deliver all orders as quickly and reliably as possible, using trusted UK courier services.

2. Shipping Options & Costs

We offer standard UK delivery:

  • Standard UK Delivery (Tracked): £10.50 (orders under £100 excl. VAT)
  • Orders over £100 (excl. VAT) may qualify for discounted or free shipping (where advertised at checkout)

All deliveries are sent using tracked courier services.

3. Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated at checkout.

Estimated delivery timeframe:

2–3 working days (UK mainland) after dispatch

Cut-off times:

  • Orders placed before 1:30 pm (UK time) are usually dispatched the same working day
  • Orders placed after 1:30 pm are usually dispatched the next working day
  • Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays are processed the next working day

Working days exclude weekends and UK public holidays.

4. Dispatch Times

We aim to dispatch orders quickly; however, dispatch may take longer in cases of:

  • High order volumes
  • Stock verification checks
  • Technical verification (car parts compatibility checks)
  • Courier delays beyond our control

If there is a significant delay in dispatch, we will contact you by email.

5. Delivery Responsibility

Once your order has been dispatched and handed to the courier, responsibility for delivery transfers to the courier service.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier operational issues
  • Weather conditions
  • Traffic disruptions
  • Strikes or industrial action

However, we will always assist you in resolving delivery issues with the courier.

6. Delayed Deliveries

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at info@sparemach.co.uk.

We will investigate with the courier immediately.

If delivery exceeds a reasonable timeframe (typically 30 days from order confirmation), you may be entitled to:

  • A replacement
  • A full refund in accordance with UK consumer law

7. Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct delivery address.

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Missed deliveries due to customer unavailability
  • Parcels returned due to non-collection

If a parcel is returned to us, re-delivery charges may apply.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect your delivery upon arrival.

If your item arrives damaged or incomplete:

  • Report it within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of packaging and item

We will then arrange:

  • Replacement
  • Refund
  • Further investigation with the courier

9. International Shipping

We do not currently offer standard international retail shipping.

However, international wholesale or bulk enquiries submitted via our Wholesale form may be handled through an affiliated business or supply partner, depending on destination and order requirements.

Delivery terms, pricing, and contractual details will be confirmed separately prior to acceptance of any international wholesale order.

10. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing:

  • Courier details
  • Tracking number (where available)

Tracking may take up to 24 hours to activate.

11. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

If your order has not yet been dispatched, you may request cancellation by contacting us immediately.

If the order has already been dispatched, it must be handled under our Returns & Cancellations Policy.
