- Cancel orders due to stock errors, pricing errors, or suspected fraud
If an order is cancelled, a full refund will be issued.
3. Product Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring that any part ordered is correct for their vehicle.
This includes:
- Part number verification
- Vehicle compatibility
- Engine/model/specification matching
We do not accept liability for:
- Incorrect diagnosis
- Incorrect part selection
- Parts fitted to incompatible vehicles
- Damage caused by incorrect installation
We strongly recommend installation by a qualified professional.
4. Pricing & Availability
- Prices are shown in GBP (£)
- Prices may include or exclude VAT depending on listing
- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before dispatch
- If a pricing error occurs, we may cancel the order and refund in full
5. Payment
- Payment is taken at the time of order
- Orders are not processed until payment is cleared
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel high-risk or fraudulent orders
6. Shipping & Delivery
All shipping is governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

7. Returns & Refunds

Once goods are dispatched and handed to the courier:

We will still assist with courier claims where possible.

We are not responsible for delays or failure caused by events outside our control, including:
- Courier disruption
- Strikes
- Weather conditions
- Supply chain issues
- System failures
12. Wholesale Orders
